Principal, DHACSS Degree College gave a little talk on the code of conduct for girls students of DHACSS Degree College in the auditorium. After which the floor was given to the female faculty and female students only.

Female faulty members gave an exclusive speech to all the girl students about the moral values and ethics, highlighting the Do's and Dont's of the college discipline. Ms. Shahina Sitwat and Ms. Zeba Ali were among the speakers on this occassion.


Principal and Faculty of DHACSS Degree College (Boys and Girls) arranged a hi-tea with Associate Professor Syed Siraj Munir, ex-Principal DHACSS Degree College, on his elevation as Addl. Dir. T&E at DHACSS Education Directorate. The venue was Ramada Creek Hotel.

The 73rd Independence Day was be celebrated on Friday 9th of August as Kashmir Solidarity Day to express full support to Kashmiri brethren in their just struggle for right to self-determination.

On this occassion, Addl Director Col (R) Zahid Hussain, graced the event by hoisting the national flag in the college auditorium. While, National Anthem of Pakistan was sung by all present.

To mark the occasion, Principal DHACSS Degree College, Maj. (R) Ejaz Bashir, addressed the Faculty and Students, to highlight the plight of oppressed people in the occupied Kashmir.

The Principal said that it was decided to celebrate this year’s Independence Day to express solidarity with people of occupied Kashmir and the entire nation in unified voice which has reiterated moral, political and diplomatic support to Kashmiri brethren.

Later, national songs and speeches were also given by college students.

Brisk preparations to celebrate the Independence Day with traditional enthusiasm and zeal were already under way. Staff of DHACSS Degree College prepared a brightly colored Pakistan Flag on the College front facade to mark the occassion.
